Once we have collected your laundry and processed it at our store, we’ll send you an invoice which can be paid by Bank transfer or Cash with our driver on delivery date.

Yes. Please ensure that the cash is securely stored in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked with your name and order reference.

We’re able to collect from your hotel/hostel/guest house reception. Just let them know we’re coming to pick it up.

We know everyone is afraid of shrinkage. Normally we wash at normal temperature around 30 degree celsius. But In case of dirty clothes we will use high temperatures depending on that fabric.

Always separate, No need to worry

Your laundry will either be air dried or machine dried at a low temperature depending on the fabric. Also you can let us know your preference.

Depending on the service you selected. Normal laundry will take 1-2 days. Dry cleaning and Shoes cleaning will take 2-4 days.
